ABOUT
CO.LAB
On April 3-4, the next generation of leaders will come together at Doltone House on Sydney’s iconic Jones Bay Wharf to consider the cross-organisational challenges facing Defence, and how we might overcome them.
Designed in collaboration with over 100 NCOs and Officers across all services, co.lab will present four key themes and an opportunity to design the future leadership environment of Defence.
co.lab is an opportunity.
An opportunity to move forward.
Together.
EXPECT INTROSPECTION
Four themes.
Agility. Retention. Human performance. Learning. Each of the four themes being explored at co.lab are the by-product of in-depth workshops conducted with personnel from all disciplines within Defence.
Four workshops.
Every workshop will centre around a brief. A challenge. An opportunity. Each cohort will work together, with facilitators to co-design solutions.
Four challenges.
To change the way we think, we’ve engaged leading thinkers to share their perspectives. Each expert will introduce new ideas, new ways of thinking and new ways of working.
